“The Art of Us.”
A reminder that practice is both personal and collective. Showing up to a studio asks you to participate in many ways and to be in community and “here” with one another. to create something individually and together. -
someone needs a recommendation or help with which class to take :
ask them what they are interested in and mainly looking for (slow, fast, heat building, more focus on alignment)
SLOW: restorative, yin, sound bath, 6 am Yang
RECOVERING FROM INJURY: Restore, MYO Yin
FAST: Yang Ex, Yang 2
HEAT BUILDING: Yang 2, Yang Ex, Barre, Pilates, Pilates + yang, yang

If multiple people need help:
acknowledge everyone first
then move one person at a time
“Hey! I’ll be right with you.”
-
Things that help:
letting them know class count and when everyone has arrived / waiting on X people
helping late students settle quietly + directing them
helping or getting teachers to set up mats for late students
communicating room / schedule changes
**IF TEACHER IS NOT THERE 10-15 mins early : call them and check in — if they are running later than expected :
help with class set up
let students know (if they will be later than the class start time)

2 classes $33
2 weeks for $45
intro deals work at both locations + new students can do both deals:
**I recommend having them do the 2 classes for $33 first then when they know they have 2 weeks more available to try the 2 weeks unlimited offer for $45
** new students to the classes — sometimes the students/client doesnt show up as new because they have been to TAOU before for massage or maybe a specific pop up class.
