Why do you do what you do:  I believe yoga and pilates are transformative and intentional practices that can build balance, strength, and flexibility in the body and mind. Yoga’s guiding principles constantly challenge the lens through which we view ourselves and others, and Pilates allows us to analyze how we physically move through this world. As a movement nerd, I love sharing these dualities with others.

Every day, I am grateful for a blended practice that brings me a clearer understanding of both body & self. Every class, I am honored to be a guide for students navigating their own paths — wherever they may lead.
