TAOU is an ideal place for workshops, dance rehersals, privates, semi-privates, and event rentals. Painted with natural light, creating a warm,vibrant, and inviting atmosphere. Positioned on the 2nd floor, up above the hustle and bustle of Carytown, it provides that intimate feel of a lovely oasis away from the city's distractions on the ground floor.

We rent all Studio Rooms by the half hour
(1 hour minimum required)

Big (YANG) Studio $75/HR

Mirrored (YIN) Studio $55/HR

Small (Privates) Studio $40/HR

 FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

  • Your rental fee includes use of the designated studio space, all yoga props in said space (blocks, blankets, bolsters, iyengar chairs, etc) & bluetooth speaker if needed for music at no additional cost.

  • Two free parking lots in the front and back of TAOU. Free (3hour) street parking is available in neighborhood as well. * we recommend coming 10-15 minutes early to find parking, especially in the evenings and on weekends!

  • Once you filled out the Rental form (button above) someone will get back to you within 1-2 business days. Contact us at info@taoustudio.com for any immediate questions or concerns.

  • Our studio is perfect for small video, film shoots, yoga classes, popups, meet-ups, lectures, dance rehearsals, small group fitness, workshops, or intimate gatherings, and more. Our largest studio also has Iyengar rope rigging, which can be hung from to get creative with setup or popup design.

    No shoes are allowed on studio floors, so bare that in mind when reaching out.

  • We can accommodate up to 50+ standing guests

    Big studio room:

    Up to 50 people standing, 28-35 yoga mats fit comfortably.

    Small Mirrored room:

    Up to 18 yoga mats fit comfortably.

    TAOU smallest room:

    More intimate darker space, 12 yoga mats fit comfortably. Also great for private/semi-private small group sessions.
