Memberships are set and will auto renew unless a cancellation notice is given a minimum of 30 days before the renewal date. You can cancel either by phone, email, or by coming in to TAOU (must be 30 days prior to cancellation date). You can also PAUSE your membership, with an advance notice of 30 days and letting us know the dates of the membership pause (ex. Jan - April) .
