This isn’t just a standard, routine massage session - it’s completely tailored completely to the unique individual you are. Our therapists can read your tension patterns, relieve your trigger points and help you understand your physical body more deeply. Your therapist will chat with you before the session about areas you want to focus on, pressure preferences, and more to give you exactly what your body needs!

We don’t believe in charging extra for services that can enhance your session & help our therapists give you the relief you need!
Sessions can include swedish, deep tissue, myofascial release, trigger point work, cupping, gua sha, hot stones & hot towels, depending on client’s needs and preferences.

All services include use of organic massage products such as coconut oil, jojoba oil and CBD muscle rub. A variety of essential oils are also available for aromatherapy.

Craniosacral therapy (CST) is a gentle, non-invasive bodywork technique that uses light touch to release deep physical and emotional tension. CST focuses on the connection between the cranium or skull and the sacrum or tailbone to relieve tension within the body’s connective tissue, called fascia.

You remain fully clothed during the session. Wear loose, comfortable, and thin clothing so the therapist can easily assess your body.
The therapist applies very light, subtle pressure. They will gently place their hands on your head, neck, lower back (sacrum), and along the spine.

FLOOR MASSAGE

When you’re craving a good stretch, but don’t want to do it yourself.
Floor massage has roots in many cultures in the world and is different from regular table massage in a few ways. Clients are fully clothed for floor massage sessions and the session takes place on a large floor mat. Your massage therapist will use stretching techniques, traction and compression to help relieve tension and muscle soreness.
Floor massage may seem similar to yoga or the techniques used by chiropractors to help increase the range of motion of the joints in the body. Our therapists pull techniques from Thai massage, Thai yoga therapy, Polynesian floor massage and sports massage to work with the body in different ways.
The static pulls, deep compression and stretches will leave you feeling inches taller and incredibly relaxed.

Tends to lean towards deep tissue techniques and incorporating stretching, cups, and myofascial release and have been growning into embracing more lighter and relaxing techniques.
I like to listen to my clients, meet them where they are, and then use all of the tools at my disposal to help them feel better. I love to find what is giving you trouble, reduce its impact, and give you tools to mitigate it in the future.

I experienced burnout in a big way after becoming a nurse in 2020 in my 30's. In 2023, a dear friend (shout out Meg!) gifted me a Craniosacral session and I was floored: I felt giggly and sleepy, hadn't felt those things in years. I kept on with the therapy and it's been instrumental in my process healing from burnout. I trained as a practitioner in 2024 as a way to bring healing support to my community alongside my work as a Labor + Delivery nurse.
