  • TAOU doesn't take itself too seriously -- the emphasis is truly on the art of mindfulness, connection, and community and less on technique, jargon, or a hard driving work-out. Even with this softer focus, I always come away feeling like I got in some solid exercise, but I also leave feeling renewed and reenergized.
