Why do you do what you do: I’m drawn to the healing arts because these practices offer a way to co-create peace through presence, touch, care, and expression. Bodywork is a collaborative art of listening, an intentional practice of making space for rest and repair. In an era where time is constantly accelerating, the ability to slow down becomes not just a necessity but a deeply valued form of renewal.
