Outside of the studio, what are you currently practicing? Abstract painting with white house paint, self-compassion, compassion for others - listening to lots of Buddhist talks on this, Non-Violent Communication (NVC).

What is the The Art Of yoU / US? Intentional

Favorite thing about TAOU?   The emphasis on supporting local artists, along with the the strong and positive community vibes. So grateful for TAOU!
