Our stay will include 6 nights where the mountains meet the sea. Promoting physical and mental restoration. Spend time exploring & restoring you through Yin + Yang, Restorative yoga, breath work, reconnecting with nature & community, and more.

Start your days with a flow style yoga practice (lead by either Jordan or Kat depending on the day), stepping away from the noise, reflect, and reconnect with what matters— you, your body, your inner guidance. Morning practice will be an experience tailored to what we need each day, incorporating breath work, workshop style classes, journaling, and more.
Then we will gather for a communal brunch: Expect local fruits, freshly baked bread, homegrown vegetables, lots of tea, and more.
Our chefs like to prepare a lovely table and serve meals family style, letting everyone help themselves to what they want, thereby also reducing food waste.
FIRST HALF OF THE DAY WITH US

8am – 9:15am : Morning Practice ~ a joyful movement practice blended with pranayama + occasional journaling + more
9:30–10:30am : Brunch
11am – 4:30pm : Free time to go get coffee along the sea, swim, wander with the group or solo, drive to the town(s), hike, read a book, nap, journal, or more!
LAST HALF OF THE DAY WITH US
We’ll gather again in the late afternoon for nourishing movement, slower yoga practices, breathwork, and moments of reflection. As the sun begins to set, we'll come together for a communal dinner, sharing stories and laughter around the table.
Each evening is a celebration of connection, featuring fresh, sustainable, and locally sourced meals inspired by the flavors of Montenegro. Whether dining under the stars or gathered indoors, these meals become a beautiful ritual — a time to slow down, savor, and enjoy the company of one another.
This retreat isn't about doing more. It's about creating space to be more present, more curious, more connected, and perhaps to remember parts of yourself that can be difficult to hear in the noise of everyday life.

5pm : Group practices including body hatha, katonaha, restorative yoga, yin, more.
7pm : Dinner ~ A farm-to-table nourishing meal before rest.
10pm+ : Sleeping, stargazing, slowing down ~

THE ART OF GETTING THERE
If you don’t know (which you may not, it is okay we did not know either at first), Montenegro is above Greece and below Croatia. Nestled along the Adriatic coast, Montenegro is one of Europe's hidden gems—a place where towering mountains, crystal-clear waters, medieval towns, and a slower pace of life create the perfect setting for retreat. It's a destination that invites both exploration and stillness, offering endless opportunities to wander, connect, and be inspired by the beauty around you.

We recommend booking a flight that arrives at Podgorica Airport (TGD).
If you are not able to fly into Podgorica, there is also another airport in Tivat Airport.

From Podgorica Airport (TGD), you can taxi or there is a shuttle bus to Mahkala that we can help arrange - about 47 - 50 minutes
You can take a taxi from Tivat airport to our center for around 40 euros or there is also a bus. - about 50 minutes

Kat & JORDAN .
Kat’s classes are filled with creativity, joy, and metaphors, as she likes to say “She is your GPS along the journey with you”.
Jordan’s classes aim to help you ground, release and settle into the present while creating space for yourself, both physically on your mats and within, while maintaining and utilizing the connection between body and breath.
Each morning you can indulge and fill your cups up with a joyful practice that includes movement, meditation and pranayama.
