FRONT DESK MANAGER
As the Studio is growing we are needing more help in keeping organized, and more! This role is a part-time, paid position. The Studio Manager reports to Kat + Katie. The responsibilities listed below are intended to be an overview and are not all-inclusive.
Deliver outstanding customer service to every customer
Oversee inventory
Facilitate sales: classes, memberships, retail, and events
Oversee + manage cleaning tasks for work trade FD staff
Assist with staff training
Community outreach / assist in marketing
Addressing day-to-day maintenance needs
Oversee work trade FD communication/schedules/subbing
Attend + assist in Staff meetings
Main point of contact for staff when Kat and Katie are away
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES
Previous management and or front desk experience is required.
Excellent communication skills, professionalism and exceptional interpersonal skills are essential for maintaining the high level of studio community engagement and customer service required for the position

$18 an hour
Starting at 10-15 hrs a week with space to grow.
