FRONT DESK MANAGER

As the Studio is growing we are needing more help in keeping organized, and more! This role is a part-time, paid position. The Studio Manager reports to Kat + Katie. The responsibilities listed below are intended to be an overview and are not all-inclusive.

 

  • Deliver outstanding customer service to every customer

  • Oversee inventory

  • Facilitate sales: classes, memberships, retail, and events

  • Oversee + manage cleaning tasks for work trade FD staff

  • Assist with staff training

  • Community outreach / assist in marketing

  • Addressing day-to-day maintenance needs 

  • Oversee work trade FD  communication/schedules/subbing 

  • Attend + assist in Staff meetings

  • Main point of contact for staff when Kat and Katie are away

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES

  • Previous management and or front desk experience is required.

  •  Excellent communication skills, professionalism and exceptional interpersonal skills are essential for maintaining the high level of studio community engagement and customer service required for the position

BENEFITS

  • $18 an hour

  • Starting at 10-15 hrs a week with space to grow.

PAY & EXPECTIONS
